11  Senator Dawson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 7, lines 6-16, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 2.  Paragraphs (f) and (j) of subsection (3) of
18  section 20.43, Florida Statutes, are amended, paragraph (k) is
19  added to that subsection, present subsections (4) through (8)
20  of that section are renumbered subsections (5) through (9),
21  respectively, and a new subsection (4) is added to that
22  section to read:
23         20.43  Department of Health.--There is created a
24  Department of Health.
25         (3)  The following divisions of the Department of
26  Health are established:
27         (f)  Division of Emergency Medical Operations Services
28  and Community Health Resources.
29         (j)  Division of Health Access Awareness and Tobacco.
30         (k)  Division of Disability Determinations.
31         (4)  There is established within the Department of
