17 Section 54. Subsection (11) is added to section
18 627.6515, Florida Statutes, as amended by the 2003
19 Legislature, to read:
20 627.6515 Out-of-state groups.--
21 (11) Rules adopted pursuant to subsection (10) shall
22 not take effect before June 1, 2004, and shall only apply to
23 health insurance coverage to which paragraph (2)(d) applies.
