13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 10, lines 21-28, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (c)  At least every 10 5 years, as a component of each
18  land management plan or land use plan and in a form and manner
19  prescribed by rule by the board, each manager management
20  entity shall evaluate and indicate to the board those lands
21  that the entity manages which are not being used for the
22  purpose for which they were originally leased. For
23  conservation lands, the council shall review and shall
24  recommend to the board whether such lands should be retained
25  in public ownership or disposed of by the board. For
26  nonconservation lands, the division shall review such lands
27  and shall recommend to the board whether such lands should be
28  retained in public ownership or disposed of by the board. Such
29  lands shall be reviewed by the council for its recommendation
30  as to whether such lands should be disposed of by the board.
