  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Children

  3         and Family Services; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to enact legislation revising the

  5         structure of and procedures within that

  6         department; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation revising the structure of and the procedures

12  within the Department of Children and Family Services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
