  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economic development;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to defense and space

  5         economic development; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to defense and space economic

12  development.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
