  2         An act relating to the Key Largo Wastewater

  3         Treatment District, Monroe County; amending ch.

  4         2002-337, Laws of Florida; removing district

  5         from requirements of ch. 120, Florida Statutes;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section

11  4 of section 1 of chapter 2002-337, Laws of Florida, is

12  amended to read:

13         Section 4.  District powers, functions, and duties.--

14         (2)  The district is hereby authorized and empowered:

15         (b)  To adopt resolutions and policies rules pursuant

16  to chapter 120, Florida Statutes, as necessary for

17  implementation, regulation, and enforcement, consistent with

18  the purposes of the district.

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
