  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the City of North Key Largo

  3         Beach, Monroe County; abolishing the city;

  4         repealing ch. 31037 (1955), Laws of Florida;

  5         providing for transfer of assets and

  6         liabilities to the Board of County

  7         Commissioners of Monroe County; providing an

  8         effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  Chapter 31037 (1955), Laws of Florida, is

13  repealed.

14         Section 2.  All assets and liabilities of the City of

15  North Key Largo Beach are transferred to the Board of County

16  Commissioners of Monroe County.

17         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
