11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 2, between lines 10 and 11,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 2.  The Lee County School Board shall establish
18  a prototype school district that shall include the following:
19         (1)  Each district school board member shall establish
20  an office within the member's residence area.
21         (2)  Each district school board member shall have
22  authority to establish all policies and procedures related to
23  the operations of schools and other operations within the
24  member's residence area.
25         (3)  Revenues collected for the purpose of public
26  education shall be allocated to the residence area where the
27  taxes are levied.
28         (4)  Each district school board member shall have the
29  authority to determine the allocation of revenues within the
30  member's residence area.
31         (5)  Each district school board member shall have
