13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 2, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 (c) For the first 5 years in which the plate is
18 issued, a maximum of 20 percent of the fees collected may be
19 used for administrative costs directly associated with the
20 operation of the marketing and promotion of the plate. Ten
21 percent of the fees shall be allocated to the Children's Home
22 Society of Florida and 10 percent shall be allocated to the
23 Florida Network of Children's Advocacy Centers, Inc. Five
24 years after the date the first license plate is issued,
25 revenues from plate sales may not be used for marketing or
26 promoting the license plate.
