15	Between line(s) 39 and 40, insert:
16	(d) "Employer contracting to provide goods or services for
17	the political subdivision" means a person, as defined in s.
18	1.01(3), Florida Statutes, who is providing goods or services
19	to, for the benefit of, or on behalf of a political subdivision
20	in exchange for valuable consideration or any such person
21	bidding, negotiating, or otherwise seeking to provide such goods
22	or services.
