14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between lines 55 and 56, insert:
16	Section 2. This act does not prohibit a corporation doing
17	business in Florida but registered in or under the jurisdiction
18	of another state or foreign jurisdiction where a minimum wage is
19	required by the laws of such other state or foreign jurisdiction
20	from complying with the laws of that other state or foreign
21	jurisdiction with respect to minimum wages.

24	Remove line 4, and insert:
25	in excess of the federal minimum wage; providing that this act
26	shall not prohibit certain foreign corporations from complying
27	with minimum wage laws of the other state or jurisdiction where
28	the corporation is registered;
