15	Remove line(s) 52-55, and insert:
16	terms of a contract with the political subdivision;
17	(c) For the employees of an employer receiving a direct
18	tax abatement or subsidy from the political subdivision, as a
19	condition of the direct tax abatement or subsidy; or
20	(d) For the employees of an employer employing in excess
21	of 25 employees in the state.
