15	Remove line(s) 53-55, and insert:
16	(c) For the employees of any person that is the recipient
17	or beneficiary of any economic development assistance from the
18	political subdivision, including, but not limited to, recipients
19	of tax abatements, recipients of tax subsidies, recipients of
20	below-market loans, tenants or leaseholders of any such
21	recipients, or tenants or lessees of real property owned by the
22	political subdivision.
