1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to district school board employees;
3	requiring an employee of a district school board who is a
4	member of the Legislature to take unpaid leave for time
5	away from employment while on legislative business;
6	providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.District school board employees required to
11	take unpaid leave while on legislative business.--An employee of
12	a district school board who is a member of the Legislature must
13	take unpaid administrative leave for any period of time away
14	from his or her place of employment due to legislative duties
15	and responsibilities.
16	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
