11  Senator Smith moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         Between page 15, line 31, and
15                 page 16, line 1,

17  insert:  
18         Section 5.  Present subsection (6) of section 185.05,
19  Florida Statutes, is redesignated as subsection (7), and a new
20  subsection (6) is added to that section, to read:
21         185.05  Board of trustees; members; terms of office;
22  meetings; legal entity; costs; attorney's fees.--For any
23  municipality, chapter plan, local law municipality, or local
24  law plan under this chapter:
25         (6)  The board of trustees may, upon written request by
26  the retiree of the plan, or by a dependent, when authorized by
27  the retiree or the retiree's beneficiary, authorize the plan
28  administrator to withhold from the monthly retirement payment
29  those funds that are necessary to pay for the benefits being
30  received through the governmental entity from which the
31  employee retired, to pay the certified bargaining agent of the
