  2         An act relating to the Florida Bright Futures

  3         Scholarship Testing Program; repealing s.

  4         1009.539, F.S.; abolishing the program;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Section 1009.539, Florida Statutes, is

10  repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.

13          STATEMENT OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES CONTAINED IN
                       COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

16  The Committee Substitute repeals the Bright Futures
    Scholarship Testing requirement and makes corresponding title
