Act; amending chapter 78-560, Laws of Florida; revising |

Control Board; providing an effective date. |

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
|

|
|

|
Section 1. Paragraph (b) of section 4 of chapter 78-560, |
|
10
|
Laws of Florida, is amended to read: |
|

|
Section 4. Martin County Environmental Control Board; |
|
12
|
Organization. |
|
13
|
(b) The presence of three (3) members of the Board shall |
|
14
|
constitute a quorum necessary to hold a meeting and take any |
|
15
|
action. A majority vote of the quorum present shall be necessary |
|
16
|
to take any action. The members of the Board shall annually |
|
17
|
elect a chairman who shall serve at the will of the Board. The |
|
18
|
chairman |
|
19
|
called by written notice signed by three (3) members, and the |
|
20
|
Board at any meeting may fix and call a meeting on a future |
|
21
|
date. Meetings will be held no less frequently thanonce every |
|
22
|
twelve (12) monthsevery ninety (90) days. Minutes shall be kept |
|
23
|
of all meetings of the Board. All meetings shall be public. |
|
24
|
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
