11  Senator Peaden moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 55, line 25, delete that line
15  
16  and insert:  
17         Section 12.  Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 11 of this
18  act, and the part of section 6 of this act which amends the
19  introductory portion of section 409.912, Florida Statutes,
20  shall not take effect if one or more bills enacted during the
21  2003 legislative session, or an extension thereof, become law
22  which increase receipts to the General Revenue Fund in an
23  amount sufficient to support contingent appropriations in the
24  2003-2004 General Appropriations Act to:
25         (1)  Increase certified nursing assistant staffing to
26  2.9 hours of direct care per resident per day, effective
27  January 1, 2004;
28         (2)  Provide Medicaid coverage for adults under the
29  Medically Needy Program;
30         (3)  Provide Medicaid coverage for adult emergency
31  dental, visual, and hearing services;
