13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 58, between lines 4 and 5,
15  
16  insert:  
17         (40)  The agency shall work with the Department of
18  Children and Family Services to develop a model home and
19  community-based waiver to serve children who are diagnosed
20  with familial dysautonomia or Riley-Day syndrome caused by a
21  mutation of the IKBKAP gene on chromosome 9. This agency shall
22  seek federal waiver approval and implement the approved waiver
23  subject to the availability of funds and any limitations
24  provided in the General Appropriations Act. The agency may
25  adopt rules to implement this waiver program.
