  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to redevelopment; expressing

  3         the Legislature's intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to the redevelopment of counties and

  5         municipalities; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to the redevelopment of counties and

11  municipalities.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
