  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to growth management;

  3         expressing the Legislature's intent to enact

  4         legislation relating to growth management and

  5         the provision of urban services; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to growth management and the provision of

12  urban services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
