  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; providing

  3         that it is the intent of the Legislature to

  4         create an exemption to public-records

  5         requirements; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  create an exemption to public-records requirements.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
