15	Remove line(s) 1288-1290, and insert:
16	establish custody. Upon making a finding that a child is an
17	unaccompanied refugee minor as defined in 45 C.F.R. s. 400.111,
18	the court may establish custody and placement of the child in
19	the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program.
