14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between line(s) 213 & 214, insert:
16	Section 7. Subsection (8) of section 265.702, Florida
17	Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (9) and a new subsection
18	(8) is added to said section to read:
19	265.702 Regional cultural facilities; grants for
20	acquisition, renovation, or construction; funding; approval;
21	allocation.--
22	(8) If commencement of a project occurs prior to grant of
23	state funds under this section, then state funds granted under
24	this section may be used to repay the county, municipality, or
25	qualified corporation responsible for the construction of the
26	project for eligible project expenses incurred by and applied
27	for by such county, municipality, or qualified corporation for
28	construction of the project within 5 years of the actual costs
29	in accordance with rules adopted by the Division of Cultural
30	Affairs of the Department of State.
