15	Remove line(s) 268, and insert:
16	and for capital improvements pursuant to s. 1011.71(2). The
17	amount of local effort funds that may be received annually by an
18	educational facilities benefit district or a community
19	development district shall be computed in an amount not to
20	exceed the average per-student local effort funds generated in
21	the school district where the educational facilities benefit
22	district or the community development district is located.
