15         On page 1, lines 27 through 30, delete those lines

17  and insert:  A family member, guardian, representative ad
18  litem, or health care surrogate of an adult donor who has made
19  an anatomical gift pursuant to subsection (2) may not modify,
20  deny or prevent a donor's wish or intent to make an anatomical
21  gift from being made after the donor's death.
