  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to prekindergarten education;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to implement

  4         the amendment to the State Constitution

  5         requiring voluntary, universal prekindergarten

  6         education; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to implement the amendment to the State

12  Constitution requiring voluntary, universal prekindergarten

13  education.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
