  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the class-size amendment to

  3         the State Constitution; expressing the

  4         legislative intent to revise laws to implement

  5         the amendment to the State Constitution

  6         concerning the maximum number of students

  7         assigned to a classroom; providing an effective

  8         date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws to

13  implement the amendment to the State Constitution concerning

14  the maximum number of students assigned to a classroom.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
