14 On page 3, between lines 26 and 27,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. A corporation doing business in Florida but
18 registered in or under the jurisdiction of another state or
19 foreign jurisdiction where a minimum wage in excess of the
20 federal minimum wage is required by the laws of that other
21 state or foreign jurisdiction is exempt from this act and must
22 comply with minimum wage requirements of that other state or
23 foreign jurisdiction.
