11  Senator Constantine moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 1, line 21, following the semicolon
15  
16  insert:  In case of withdrawal of groundwater from a point
17  within one water management district for use outside the
18  boundaries of that district but within the same county, the
19  provisions of subsections (4), (11), and (13) shall apply, and
20  the district considering a permit application for such a
21  consumptive use shall apply the applicable provisions of this
22  chapter, and its rules, to the withdrawal and use.
