  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the permitting

  3         responsibilities of water management districts;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  5         laws relating to the permitting

  6         responsibilities of the water management

  7         districts; providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to the permitting responsibilities of water

13  management districts.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
