| 11 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: | ||
| 12 | |||
| 13 | Section 1. Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard designated; | ||
| 14 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 15 | (1) State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street in Miami-Dade | ||
| 16 | County from the west boundary of State House District 108 to | ||
| 17 | U.S. 1 is hereby designated as "Jean-Jacques Dessalines | ||
| 18 | Boulevard." | ||
| 19 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 20 | suitable markers designating Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard | ||
| 21 | as described in subsection (1). | ||
| 22 | Section 2. Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard designated; | ||
| 23 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 24 | (1) State Road 922 on N.W. 125th Street from N.W. 7th | ||
| 25 | Avenue to Griffing Boulevard in Miami-Dade County is hereby | ||
| 26 | designated as "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard." | ||
| 27 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 28 | suitable markers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard as | ||
| 29 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 30 | Section 3. Frederick Douglass Boulevard designated; | ||
| 31 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 32 | (1) State Road 915 on N.E. 6th Avenue from the north | ||
| 33 | boundary of State House District 108 to U.S. 1 in Miami-Dade | ||
| 34 | County is hereby designated as "Frederick Douglass Boulevard." | ||
| 35 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 36 | suitable markers designating Frederick Douglass Boulevard as | ||
| 37 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 38 | Section 4. Alexandre Petion Boulevard designated; | ||
| 39 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 40 | (1) State Road 909 on West Dixie Highway from the North | ||
| 41 | boundary of District 108 to N.E. 2nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County | ||
| 42 | is hereby designated as "Alexandre Petion Boulevard." | ||
| 43 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 44 | suitable markers designating Alexandre Petion Boulevard as | ||
| 45 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 46 | Section 5. Lawton Chiles Boulevard designated; department | ||
| 47 | to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 48 | (1) State Road 7 on N.W. 7th Avenue, U.S. 441, from the | ||
| 49 | north boundary of State House District 108 to the south boundary | ||
| 50 | of State House District 108 in Miami-Dade County is hereby | ||
| 51 | designated as "Lawton Chiles Boulevard." | ||
| 52 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 53 | suitable markers designating Lawton Chiles Boulevard as | ||
| 54 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 55 | Section 6. George Gill Boulevard designated; department to | ||
| 56 | erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 57 | (1) State Road 5 on Biscayne Boulevard, U.S. 1, from the | ||
| 58 | north boundary of State House District 108 to the south boundary | ||
| 59 | of State House District 108 in Miami-Dade County is hereby | ||
| 60 | designated as "George Gill Boulevard." | ||
| 61 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 62 | suitable markers designating George Gill Boulevard as described | ||
| 63 | in subsection (1). | ||
| 64 | Section 7. James Weldon Johnson Boulevard designated; | ||
| 65 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 66 | (1) State Road 932 on N.W. 103rd Street from the west | ||
| 67 | boundary of State House District 108 to N.E. 6th Avenue in | ||
| 68 | Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as "James Weldon Johnson | ||
| 69 | Boulevard." | ||
| 70 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 71 | suitable markers designating James Weldon Johnson Boulevard as | ||
| 72 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 73 | Section 8. T. Stewart Greer Boulevard designated; | ||
| 74 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 75 | (1) Northwest 183rd Street from Northwest 32nd Avenue to | ||
| 76 | Northwest 47th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated | ||
| 77 | as "T. Stewart Greer Boulevard." | ||
| 78 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 79 | suitable markers designating T. Stewart Greer Boulevard as | ||
| 80 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 81 | Section 9. Stanley Whitman Boulevard designated; | ||
| 82 | department to erect suitable markers.-- | ||
| 83 | (1) The portion of State Road 922, 96th Street, that | ||
| 84 | provides entry to and exit from the Bal Harbour Shops in Miami- | ||
| 85 | Dade County is hereby designated as "Stanley Whitman Boulevard." | ||
| 86 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect | ||
| 87 | suitable markers designating Stanley Whitman Boulevard as | ||
| 88 | described in subsection (1). | ||
| 89 | Section 10. This act shall take effect upon becoming a | ||
| 90 | law. | ||
