  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the distribution of locally

  3         collected tourist development tax revenue;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  5         laws relating to the distribution of locally

  6         collected tourist development tax revenue;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

12  relating to the distribution of locally collected tourist

13  development tax revenue.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
