14 Between lines 46 and 47,

16 insert:
17 Section 4. The Lee County Board of County
18 Commissioners shall establish a prototype commission that
19 shall include the following:
20 (1) Each member of the commission shall establish an
21 office within the member's district.
22 (2) Each member of the commission shall have authority
23 to enact ordinances related to the member's district.
24 (3) Revenues collected through ad valorem taxes shall
25 be allocated to the district where the taxes are levied.
26 (4) Each member of the commission shall have the
27 authority to determine the allocation of revenues within the
28 single-member district.
