  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Wekiva Springs Preserve

  3         and Parkway; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to enact legislation relating to the Wekiva

  5         Springs Preserve and Parkway; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to the Wekiva Springs Preserve and

12  Parkway.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
