14         On page 5, between lines 7 and 8,

16  insert:  
17         (d)  The provisions of this section do not apply to the
18  manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or retail sale, or
19  seasonal retail sale, of products regulated pursuant to
20  chapter 791, where such products are not used or exploded
21  within an indoor facility. This section does not affect the
22  applicability of the Florida Fire Prevention Code, as
23  referenced in ss. 633.0215 and 633.025 and adopted by the
24  department.
