  2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes;

  3         repealing ss. 10.1001, 10.1002, 10.1003,

  4         10.1004, 10.1005, 10.1006, 10.1007, and

  5         10.1008, F.S., pursuant to s. 11.242, F.S.;

  6         deleting provisions providing for apportionment

  7         of the districts for the State Senate and House

  8         of Representatives that have been superseded.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  Sections 10.1001, 10.1002, 10.1003,

13  10.1004, 10.1005, 10.1006, 10.1007, and 10.1008, Florida

14  Statutes, are repealed.

16         Reviser's note.--The cited sections, relating

17         to apportionment of districts for the State

18         Senate and House of Representatives, are

19         repealed to delete superseded provisions.
