14         On page 2, lines 13-19, delete those lines

16  and insert:  
17           ARTICLE VI, SECTION 4; ARTICLE IX, SECTION 4
18         LIMITATION ON TERMS OF OFFICE; SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS,
19  STATE LEGISLATORS.--Proposing an amendment to the State
20  Constitution to provide that a person may not serve more than
21  12 consecutive years, beginning with the election following
22  the election at which the amendment is ratified, as a member
23  of a district school board and to further provide that the
24  maximum allowable term of office for members of the State
25  Legislature shall be 12 years.
