  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Public Service

  3         Commission; expressing the legislative intent

  4         to revise laws relating to the Florida Public

  5         Service Commission; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the Florida Public Service Commission.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
