17	activities must post and maintain a form of financial security
18	as required under subsection (2). Evidence that the security has
19	been posted and maintained in compliance with this section must
20	be maintained by any licensee or permitholder for the use of
21	explosives in connection with construction materials mining
22	activities as part of the mandatory record maintenance
23	requirements of s. 552.112. The person must maintain, in a
24	format approved by the Division of State Fire Marshal of the
25	Department of Financial Services, a completed form that shows
26	the amount and location of the security or identifies the
27	security and the current security value.
28	(2) The security required under subsection (1) must be in
29	an amount not less than $100,000, notwithstanding an award made
30	by an administrative law judge under s. 552.40(7) and may be in
31	the form of a bond, letter of credit, certificate of deposit, or
32	other type of security approved by the Division of State Fire
33	Marshal of the Department of Financial Services. In the case of
34	multiple licenseholders and permitholders, a single security in
35	the aggregate amount of not less than $100,000 may be provided
36	as security for the individual permits and/or licenses. If the
37	user of explosives has not been identified as a respondent in
38	any pending claim for damages under ss. 552.32-552.44, and if
39	renewal of the license or permit is not sought, the security
40	required under this section may be released upon the expiration
41	of the license or permit, or 181 days after the final use of
42	explosives under the license, whichever occurs later, provided
43	the security to be released is not security for other
