  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Florida Gulf Coast

  3         University; authorizing a bachelor of science

  4         in human performance degree program with a

  5         concentration in athletic training at the

  6         university; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  A bachelor of science in human performance

11  degree program with a concentration in athletic training is

12  authorized at Florida Gulf Coast University.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.

19  The Committee Substitute deleted the language authorizing
    Florida Gulf Coast University to establish a developmental
