  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida Clean Indoor Air

  3         Act; expressing the Legislature's intent to

  4         enact legislation relating to the Florida Clean

  5         Indoor Air Act; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to the Florida Clean Indoor Air Act.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
