11	An act relating to road designations; designating Steven
12	Cranman Boulevard, Ethel Beckford Boulevard, Phicol
13	Williams Boulevard, Arthur Mays Boulevard, Judge Steve
14	Levine Boulevard, and Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard in
15	Miami-Dade County; designating Darce Taylor Crist Highway
16	in New Port Richey; directing the Department of
17	Transportation to erect suitable markers; providing an
18	effective date.

20	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
21
22	Section 1. Steven Cranman Boulevard designated; markers.--
23	(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between S.W. 136th
24	Street and S.W. 186th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
25	designated as "Steven Cranman Boulevard."
26	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
27	suitable markers designating Steven Cranman Boulevard as
28	described in subsection (1).
29	Section 2. Ethel Beckford Boulevard designated; markers.--
30	(1) That portion of S.W. 186th Street between U.S. Highway
31	1 and S.W. 107th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is hereby
32	designated as "Ethel Beckford Boulevard."
33	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
34	suitable markers designating Ethel Beckford Boulevard as
35	described in subsection (1).
36	Section 3. Phicol Williams Boulevard designated;
37	markers.--
38	(1) That portion of State Road 5, U.S. Highway 1, between
39	S.W. 312th Street and S.W. 328th Street in Miami-Dade County is
40	hereby designated as "Phicol Williams Boulevard."
41	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
42	suitable markers designating Phicol Williams Boulevard as
43	described in subsection (1).
44	Section 4. Arthur Mays Boulevard designated; markers.--
45	(1) That portion of S.W. 112th Avenue from U.S. Highway 1
46	to S.W. 230th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated
47	as "Arthur Mays Boulevard."
48	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
49	suitable markers designating Arthur Mays Boulevard as described
50	in subsection (1).
51	Section 5. Judge Steve Levine Boulevard designated;
52	markers.--
53	(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 1 between S.W. 232nd
54	Street and S.W. 248th Street in Miami-Dade County is hereby
55	designated as "Judge Steve Levine Boulevard."
56	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
57	suitable markers designating Judge Steve Levine Boulevard as
58	described in subsection (1).
59	Section 6. Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard designated;
60	markers.--
61	(1) That portion of State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street
62	from the west boundary of State House District 108 to U.S.
63	Highway 1 in Miami-Dade County is hereby designated as
64	"Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard."
65	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
66	suitable markers designating Toussaint L’Ouverture Boulevard as
67	described in subsection (1).
68	Section 7. Darce Taylor Crist Highway designated;
69	markers.--
70	(1) That portion of Highway 54 from Suncoast Parkway to
71	U.S. Highway 19 in New Port Richey is hereby designated as
72	"Darce Taylor Crist Highway."
73	(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
74	suitable markers designating Darce Taylor Crist Highway as
75	described in subsection (1).
76	Section 8. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
