  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to smoking in the workplace;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         legislation to implement the amendment to the

  5         State Constitution relating to smoking in the

  6         workplace; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to implement the amendment to the State

12  Constitution relating to smoking in the workplace.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
