14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between lines 764 and 765, insert:
16	Section 6. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the
17	Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development may amend the
18	boundaries of an area designated as an enterprise zone in a
19	community located wholly within the boundaries of a consolidated
20	government so long as the amendment does not increase the
21	existing size of the enterprise zone by an area of more than 2
22	square miles. The enterprise zone in said community may also be
23	expanded to include noncontiguous areas designated as a federal
24	empowerment zone under the 2000 Community Renewal Tax Relief Act
25	without any limitations as to size.

29	facilitate the formation of investor networks; authorizing the
30	Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to amend the
31	boundaries of an enterprise zone in a community located wholly

33	the amendment does not increase the existing size of the
34	enterprise zone by an area of more than 2 square miles;
35	providing that said enterprise zone may be expanded to include
36	certain noncontiguous areas; repealing
