Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
|

|
|

|
Section 1. Chapter 2001-328, Laws of Florida, is repealed. |
|

|
Section 2. All assets and liabilities of the Pensacola- |
|
13
|
Escambia Governmental Center Authority shall become the joint |
|
14
|
assets and liabilities of the City of Pensacola and Escambia |
|
15
|
County.
|
|
16
|
Section 3. This act shall take effect January 2, 2004. |
