14	Amendment (with title amendments)
15	Between lines 162-163, insert:
16	Section 5. It is the intent of the Legislature that any
17	additional funds arising from the provisions of this act be used
18	to increase the base student allocation contained in the Florida
19	Education Finance Program for fiscal year 2003-2004. If the
20	General Appropriations Act does not address the increased
21	funding in the State School Trust Fund in accordance with the
22	provisions of this act, the department of Education is hereby
23	authorized to submit a budget amendment to make the necessary
24	adjustments.
25	Section 6. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
