59    will house the Resort and Hospitality Management Program,
60    as the “Herbert J. and Margaret S. Sugden Hall”;
61    designating the new nursing building on the Boca Raton
62    campus of Florida Atlantic University as the “Christine E.
63    Lynn Nursing Building”; designating the new library
64    addition on the Boca Raton campus of Florida Atlantic
65    University as the "Herbert and Elaine Gimelstob Building";
66    designating the new lifelong learning complex on the
67    Jupiter campus of Florida Atlantic University as the
68    "Elinor Bernon Rosenthal Lifelong Learning Complex";
69    designating the new lifelong learning auditorium on the
70    Jupiter campus of Florida Atlantic University as the
71    "Tamar and Milton Maltz Center for Learning and the
72    Performing Arts"; authorizing the respective universities
73    to erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.

75          Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
76         
77          Section 1. The renovated transplant housing unit at the
78    University of Florida’s Shands Hospital is designated as the
79    “Gerold L. Schiebler/Shands Transplant Housing Complex.”
80          Section 2. The new Structures and Materials Research
81    Laboratory for the College of Engineering at the University of
82    Florida is designated as “The Powell Family Structures and
83    Materials Lab.”
84          Section 3. The track/soccer stadium at the University of
85    Florida is designated as the “James G. Pressly Track/Soccer
86    Stadium.”
87          Section 4. The Academic Advising Center at the University
88    of Florida is designated as “Farrior Hall.”
89          Section 5. The proposed band rehearsal facility at the
90    University of Florida is designated as “Steinbrenner Band Hall.”
91          Section 6. North-South Drive on the University of Florida
92    campus is redesignated as “Gale Lemerand Drive.”
93          Section 7. The Track and Field Center at Florida State
94    University is designated as the “Michael Allen McIntosh Track
95    and Field Center.”

114    “Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health Building.”

116    Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated as the
117    “Walter L. Smith Architecture Building.”
118          Section 15. The Archives Building at Florida Agricultural
119    and Mechanical University is designated as the “Carrie
120    Meek/James N. Eaton, Sr., Southeastern Regional Black Archives
121    Research Center and Museum.”
122          Section 16. The charter elementary school located on the
123    Tampa campus of the University of South Florida is designated as
124    the “Dr. Kiran C. Patel Charter School.”
125          Section 17. The building that houses the University of
126    Central Florida Downtown Center is designated as the “James and
127    Annie Ying Academic Center.”
128          Section 18. The student/community educational facility for
129    health at Florida Gulf Coast University is designated as the

131          Section 19. The academic facility at Florida Gulf Coast
132    University, which will house the Resort and Hospitality
133    Management Program, is designated as “Herbert J. and Margaret S.
134    Sugden Hall.”
135          Section 20. The new nursing building on the Boca Raton
136    campus of Florida Atlantic University is designated as the
137    “Christine E. Lynn Nursing Building.”
138          Section 21. The new library addition on the Boca Raton
139    campus of Florida Atlantic University is designated as the
140    "Herbert and Elaine Gimelstob Building."
141          Section 22. The new lifelong learning complex on the
142    Jupiter campus of Florida Atlantic University is designated as
143    the "Elinor Bernon Rosenthal Lifelong Learning Complex."
144          Section 23. The new lifelong learning auditorium on the
145    Jupiter campus of Florida Atlantic University is designated as
146    the "Tamar and Milton Maltz Center for Learning and the
147    Performing Arts."
148          Section 24. The respective universities set forth in this
149    act are authorized to erect suitable markers for the
150    designations made by this act.
151          Section 25. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
152    law.
