14	Amendment
15	Remove line(s) 63-78, and insert:
16	(3) A first violation of subsection (2) or subsection (3)
17	is punishable by a fine of $100. A second violation of
18	subsection (2) or subsection (3) is punishable by a fine of
19	$250. A third violation of subsection (2) or subsection (3) is
20	punishable by a fine of $500. A fourth or subsequent violation
21	of subsection (2) or subsection (3) is punishable by a fine as
22	determined by the Department of Agriculture, not to exceed
23	$1,000.00.
24	(4) The Department of Agriculture is authorized to adopt
25	rules to implement this section.
