  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to economic development;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact

  4         policies designed to promote the economic

  5         development of the state; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact policies that foster the economic development of the

12  state in order to create jobs and stimulate other investment

13  for the benefit of individuals, communities, and businesses.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
